Prashant Tak

With a deep connection with yoga from a very early age of 17 he brings with himself a rich experience of Yogasana .Inspired by Swami Vivekananda, Dr. Prashant has devoted his energies to proliferate the benefits of Yoga among the community.

He received his doctorate in the field of Naturopathy and Yoga from the school of Naturopathy, Gorakhpur in continuation to his Master degree in Yoga from Jain Vishwa Bharati University.

He has also accomplished his teacher training course of 200hr from Shivanada Neyyar Dam and 300 hrs from bangalore. He has also successfully completed the Aerial yoga training to increase his skills. He is an expert in traditional yoga & power yoga. He has been a part of multitude of National Yoga conference pan India and has been an eminent part of naturopathy seminars.

He is expert in teachings traditional styles of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. Blending all the classical style his teaching is aimed towards providing health and wellbeing to the practitioners.

Prashant’s mantra is to increase awareness and knowledge about the benefits of practicing yoga, and to spread an understanding of the philosophy and yogic lifestyle among the community. Prashant is a determined spiritual practitioner and devoted family man to his wife and children who are loving supporters in his journey in the field of Yoga. He firmly believes that through self-discipline and self-study, yoga practitioners can flourish both personally and in the world.

He firmly believes in giving back to the society. He has extensively done volunteering services for the needy in his community. He has done Seva at Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari organization and extended undaunted support to the organization is a variety of ways few to mention like conducting Yoga workshops, seminars and camps.

She holds a masters degree in Food and Nutrition from Jaipur. Passionate about Yoga she began her journey into the field of Yoga after being inspired by her better half Prashant.

She has been motivated to pursue it for long. She has also successfully completed her 200Hrs Teacher training program from Bangalore. She also done Prenatal yoga course (RPYT) to in-depth her knowledge in womanhood so she can guide and help women in their special phase of life. She is acclaimed with knowledge on Basic Pranic helaing. She brings her rich expertise in Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha yoga and Pre-Natal Yoga.

Lalit

YOGA TEACHER

He brings with himself a rich experience of 10 + years of Yoga practice. He hails from Uttarakhand. Lalit has been fascinated about Yoga since an early age and has mastered the art of Yoga. He is well versed with all different forms of Yoga. He adheres to the yoga philosophy of “Sharing knowledge is the best gift you can give to anyone.”According to him Yoga is a way of living life.

My name is Ashish Shukla, I am a Passionate Yoga Teacher with over 5 years of professional experience in designing & leading different styles of Yoga Classes.I have completed my Masters in Yoga & Naturopathy also done RYT 200 Certificate course which helped me to get in depth knowledge about postures & breathing techniques & spiritual elements of Yoga teaching.

I have conducted Yoga workshops and also worked as a Guest Yoga Teacher at Shine Yoga Studio, Vietnam. Currently I am working at Chaitanya wellness yoga academy, Bangalore for more than 5 years as a Yoga Teacher happily sharing my expertise & passion with students. I believe my teaching style is present, creating a peaceful and inviting environment to all.

Yoga is an intentional effort towards self improvement by the methodical postures, breathwork, and meditation. It is my desire to teach people yoga so that they can reduce stress & increase happiness in their lives.

I have completed my Masters Graduation in Yogic Science From Dr. Harisingh Gour Central University Sagar Madhya Pradesh.
Apart from this, I am a UGC NET Qualified, Five times national player. I Am a person who has clarity in mind, purity in heart and sincerity in action. Dedicated, hard working & quick learning helped me to become who I am now.
Presently I am working at Chaitanya Wellness Yoga Institute, Bangalore, which is a yoga institute recognized by the World Yoga Organization.

Yoga is the time given by oneself to oneself, the result of which not only fills the present but also the future with happiness and removes negativity and diseases, Yoga improves not only physical but all aspects of life, be it mental or social. Or be spiritual.

I am Anjali Bisht and I Am from Uttrakhand, a beautiful state in northern India famous for its yoga culture. I have completed my Masters in Yogic Science from Gurukula Kangri University Haridwar, currently working at Chaitanya wellness yoga academy Bangalore.

As a yoga instructor with more than three years of experience, I have a good passion for helping my students reach their goals. My experience includes teaching a wide range of yoga classes,
Including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative. I also got the opportunity to work with a variety of age groups, from young to seniors.

I believe yoga is the ultimate practice of self love. It allows you to go on an inward journey as you learn to love and care for your body, and develop a compassionate awareness of what is arising in your minds.
